Doki uses your Stripe account to get you paid as soon as your customers pay you. Connecting to your account is as simple as clicking a few buttons. If you don't have a Stripe account yet, don't worry, you can set one up easily while connecting to Doki.
Doki charges a small transaction fee (based on your plan) on top of Stripe's transaction fees. Use our fee estimator to estimate fees when selling with our platform. Contact us for questions about our fees.
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan to meet your needs at any time. You can downgrade your plan at any time as long as your number of students is supported by the plan your downgrading to. All plan changes are prorated.
A student is a user who is enrolled in 1 or more of your programs. The same person enrolled in 3 different courses is counted as 1 student. As you grow, we'll automatically move you up to the next plan to accommodate your growth. Contact us for pricing for more than 1000 students.
Sure do. We offer discounted and/or FREE plans for non-profits. We also offer needs-based discounts and bulk pricing in certain situations. Contact us for more info.
All Doki plans include support on business days from 10-4 PST for help with bugs and questions about Doki. Priority Support means you get first response to support questions in our queue (meaning you get quicker responses) and we're more likely to respond outside of our standard business hours.
